Are entry expenses included in my tour price?
No. You pay for access into sites such as castles and museums as you arrive.

Can I opt out of activities or visiting certain sites?
You don’t have to participate in all the activities or pay to enter all the sites visited on your tour.

Will I have mobile reception everywhere I go on my tour?
You may not have mobile reception in some of the places you visit.

Minimum traveller age?
All private tours are kids friendly 5+ age.

Are infant/child seats available?
Yes

Are pets allowed on the tour?
Only service animals allowed.

Are tours wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately no.

We operate tours all year round.

Cancellation policies
a. If you cancel your tour less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be charged 100% of the tour price. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to tour start time;
b. in the event of a ‘no show’ you will be charged 100% of the tour price.

Can I take food or drinks?
Yes. Hot drinks can be taken onto the mini-coaches as long as they’re secured with a lid. Drink bottles are also allowed.

We don’t provide WiFi on our tours.

Yes, USB charging points.
