  • Are entry expenses included in my tour price?

    No. You pay for access into sites such as castles and museums as you arrive. 

  • Can I opt out of activities or visiting certain sites?

    You don’t have to participate in all the activities or pay to enter all the sites visited on your tour. 

  • Will I have mobile reception everywhere I go on my tour?

    You  may not have mobile reception in some of the places you visit.

  • Minimum traveller age?

    All private tours are kids friendly 5+ age.

  • Are infant/child seats available?

    Yes

  • Are pets allowed on the tour?

    Only service animals allowed.

  • Are tours wheelchair accessible?

    Unfortunately no.

  • Are tours available all year round?

    We operate tours all year round.

  • Cancellation policies

    a. If you cancel your tour less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be charged 100% of the tour price. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to tour start time;


    b. in the event of a ‘no show’ you will be charged 100% of the tour price.


  • Do you offer pickups?

    Yes

  • What happens if I am late or miss my tour?

    in the event of a ‘no show’ you will be charged 100% of the tour price.

  • Can I take food or drinks?

    Yes. Hot drinks can be taken onto the mini-coaches as long as they’re secured with a lid. Drink bottles are also allowed.

  • Is there free WiFi?

    We don’t provide WiFi on our tours.

  • Are there charging ports?

    Yes, USB charging points.

  • Are tours customisable?

    Yes, stops can be readjusted to your needs
